Paul Poling                                          George Clutter
Paul was introduced to beekeeping in 1981 when he got his first hive. Four years later he was grafting  his own queens. His facination with the different flavors of honey led to the start-up of his family business, The Mountain State Honey Company. Around that same time he joined the WVDA as an Apiary Inspector. In 1994 he completed his work on the Master Beekeeper Program.  In 2000 Paul was instrumental in the start up of the WV Queen Program.
Wade Stiltner
George could say beekeeping runs in the family. His Great Great Grandfather, Andrew Ware, a beekeeper came to a part of Braxton Co. in 1891 which later would become Webster Co. In 2000 George and his family moved back to Webster Co. to eventually care for 125 hives and open a greenhouse. George has taught Short courses at         Glenville State College and Mountain State College at the Summersville Campus. He has also presented programs at EAS.  Since joining the WVDA in 2000 George has done much to promote beekeeping in WV and WV beekeeping throughout the country.
