Due to the bad weather and the problems that come along with it, Troy Holbrook has asked me to notify you that the WVBA Executive Board Meeting scheduled for this Saturday, February 13th has been canceled and has been rescheduled for March 20^th.  I will let you know when we have a new date. Just a few reminders:
