Hello everyone,

 

As noted at the 6-5-10 Executive Board meeting and in the minutes, the deadline for articles
to be included in the WVBA Fall newsletter is 8-6-10.

 

Each association is encouraged to submit an article to for the newsletter - what your members
have done (bee schools, educational programs, celebrating 1 or 5 or 25 years since starting, etc).
Let’s share what your association has done to promote the general interest in beekeeping in our
organization.

 

Make sure the WVBA treasurer (Joyce Frey;  retiredfrey@aol.com) has complete and current
e-mail addresses and postal addresses (for those without e-mail). In the past newsletters have
been returned with incomplete addresses. For those with e-mail addresses, you will get the
newsletter sooner and be able to register for the fall meeting earlier. This will help the Fall
Meeting chairperson – Janet Clayton.  

 

As soon as the information for the Fall Meeting (registration) is available it will be posted on
the website for members to use.

 

Also, remember association members are entitled to a free advertisement. So send one in if
there are items you wish to sell. However, for businesses there is a small fee – see previous n
ewsletters for the rates or contact me.

FYI: I have had computer problems, including having the computer being in the shop for repairs.
